We the Sheeple...

This blog was never meant to be political but since it is about me, my life and how I live it without my JD by my side there will necessarily sometimes be a post that reflects my politics. This is one. If you in disagreement with my politics I beg you to read anyway and try to clear your mind and reflect. Try to get past any offensive words I may use and get the sense of what I'm saying.
" We, the Sheeple, of the United States of America, in order to fulfill our well-intentioned objectives of helping those in need, do hereby blithely throw away the rights our soldiers have died for, forsake our constitution in the name of charity and medical care, give up our hard earned money so the have nots can have (ignoring the fact that this is the core concept of Communism) and give over to government the powers that rightly belong to states and individuals.
In the name of equality we open our borders to any and all, despite proof that many, if not most, of the "immigrants" come to subvert our laws.
We hereby abdicate our responsibility as citizens of this once great nation and turn it over to those "who know best".
We demand that our right to keep and bear arms be taken away because some are not smart enough to handle them and we, who are among the latter, fear them. We choose to ignore the lessons of history that great nations are always brought down by the decadence and laziness of those within rather than from without.
By our actions we give up what our founding fathers wrought. We, who have lived free, choose to use that freedom to bind our fellows again, choosing to vote for the growth of government, the eradication of the rights of our fellow Americans and we do it for reasons of the highest order, reparations for what our ancestors did to other races and nationalities as we perceive those sins of our fathers.
We accept shame and blame for having when others do not have. We ignore the fact that we worked for it, struggled for it and earned what we have and choose the guilt.
We blind ourselves willingly to bad actions by those in power because "they mean well" and the pundits said it was good.
And we, the sheeple, demand that those of you who would stand for liberty and small government bend to the will of the sheeple."
